I can't bring up the sub windows onto the current main page, but they are working behind. Using the command to bring all forward does nothing.

Have you tried selecting each subwindow individually from the window menu? It's a pain, but until someone gets around to improving the Mac port's subwindow functionality, it's the only way to get them to appear. -
cmd-1, cmd-2 cmd-3,... etc., should bring the windows up. Save your subwindow set-up to your .prf file by using the appropriate "=" menu item (I think it's "t"). Usually, when you open your savefile the subwindows will open too, but if you've had a game crash you may need to reopen the subwindows.“We're more of the love, blood, and rhetoric school.
