Bug - Arrows not going into quiver

See attached save file - Mithtil Arrows of Venom aren't going into the quiver. Tried dropping them and picking them up to no avail.

This is a reasonably recent traps build (commit 5e6d96e5c)

EDIT: My bad - I've hit 10 quivers. Nothing to see here, move along
