    Fastest unique would be one of the +30 ones hasted to +40 (Morgoth, Harowen, Cantoras, Pazuzu, ...I don't think there are any others). Non-uniques can get even higher with variability to speed, like Death Mold that has base +30 gets +2 from random variability and then gets hasted to +42 by shrieker mushroom (common phenomenon in jelly pits). Good thing those do not move.

    No point, just writing to kill some time.

      Ah, so there arent faster uniques (I thought this was true but wasnt 100% sure), but there are faster non-uniques! Thanks for the clarification.

        As Timo notes, sometimes a monster will be slightly faster (or slower) than normal, yeah. Not many non-unique monsters have a base speed of +30, though: just Magic Mushroom Patches, Shimmering Vortices, and Death Molds.
