    quiver management options?

I mostly like the new quiver management with 4.0.x, except that I usually like my default arrows to be the worst. For example, I currently have arrows of (+0,+0), (+5,+4), and mithril arrows of (+0,+0). They are listed in the new 4.0.x quiver as:

    0) 8 Arrows (1d4) (+5,+4)
    1) 40 Arrows (1d4) (+0,+0)
    2) 29 Mithril Arrows (3d4) (+0,+0)

Most monsters I meet with my Ranger class character I will want to use the (+0,+0) first, and then use the others on higher powered monsters. I'm used to selecting specialty arrows for specific monsters, like Arrows of Slay Undead, so that is still enabled of course. But for regular monsters, can we have an option to make the lesser arrows the default?

Inscribe @f0 on the arrows you want as default, and they will always populate the 0 slot.
