    Linux/Android/ARM Builds?

What's the current situation for Angband on Linux and Android/ARM processor platforms?

I want to have access to my new favorite game on as many of my computers/devices as possible.

The crew at http://angdroid.org/ has vanilla 3.4.1 ported to Android (and available on Google Play), along with a few of the more popular variants, and even some of the early roguelikes. Unfortunately, there's nothing on their site indicating that they're continuing work on any more recent versions, so I guess they've gone inactive. What they have is playable, but I wouldn't try it on a phone unless you're very comfortable reading fine print.

For Linux, your best bet is probably to compile from source. Or else just play Angband on your other systems, and go to some other roguelike on the Linux box.
