Does firing missiles from underfoot take more time than from quiver?

In the midst of battle, @ wants to maximize shots taken. When missiles roll underfoot after firing, does firing from the floor take more turncount than firing from the quiver, or is it the same?

Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see.”

I'm pretty sure they're all the same. Certainly in Vanilla, the quiver is just meant to "compact" ammo together so it uses fewer inventory slots; it should have the same speed as items in the backpack. And I don't think I've ever noticed a speed difference for accessing items (not specifically ammo that I can recall) on the floor instead of the pack.
