How do you reduce inventory size?

Not an issue if you don't melee but I prefer stacks of rods to wands. Heavier weight but they recharge themselves, and you don't have to worry about draining.

Fairly few monsters drain charges, and higher level monsters like Ringwraiths take more charges to kill than generally can be practically available from stack of rods
