    Question relating to food

Ok so what do the various states you can get from eating too much/too little do exactly? Do I get a benefit from being full/gorged and is it detrimental to be hungry/weak aside from the obvious threat of starvation?

If you're gorged, you're slowed by ten points.
If you're fainting, you have a chance to pass out.

Everything in between is just flavor; no game difference.

Full means you can't take too much !Heal, !CCW, !CSW, etc without ending up gorged. All of them provide a little sustenance. If you plan to use mushrooms of restoration against Morgoth, it is wise to start hungry.

Full also means you burn food faster than otherwise. This can be important playing ironman and occasionally if you have Regeneration.
