i tried to upload it, but i couldn't. I did not finish it yet. There is a version available in PDF which could give you a taste of what i had in mind. The starter sections are done basically. Without trying, i would guess that the file size is way too large to get small enough when ziped to not be restricted by the site upload restrictions.

Whatever the size, you could definitely upload it to somewhere like https://www.wetransfer.com/. (The file will hang out there for a week and then expire.) Then one of us can download it and upload it somewhere more permanent.
