This happened in 3.5 and isn't being fixed for awhile because Nick is a terrible maintainer and why did we even give him this job.

That said, this forum thread has a proposed fix that looks as if it should work and would be easy to apply if you can recompile the game.

I'm not sure how to recompile the game myself.

Any chance of an upload with a fixed exe?
