Angband 3.0.9b released.

Angband 3.0.9b is a bugfix version of 3.0.9. It makes the following
changes on top of 3.0.9a:

• Fix detection of curses libraries using autoconf.
• Fix broken install using autoconf.
• Add the tvals for oil and dragon armor to the tval squelch list.
• Once again dump modified colour information to pref files.
• Fix warnings when compiling the SDL port.
• Fix up roguelike keys in the store (vs. 3.0.9a)

EDIT: You may or may not remember the rather painful time I had trying to compile 3.0.9a... well allow me to thank you again, because 3.0.9b compiled perfectly on the first try. I bow to your excellent work; keep it up!

Thanks and congrats. I've been impressed by the improvements in the Mac port. I was able to build from the trunk recently with no build issues. Thats a vast improvement from the last time I played with the source (~3.0.6 era).
