Can't learn new spells despite "Study (6)"

Okay, I thought you were saying that a max-level mage with all the spellbooks would still have a "Study" indicator. Apologies for the misunderstanding.

AFAIK, the total number of spells you can learn is exactly equal to the total number of available spells for your class.
