Hobbit for ever. They have: a long lifespan, good food and drink, time and stealth. I know elf or high-elf has all of this, but living forever could be boring.

Dunadan would be preferable for me. Going elf would take a change of life and personality... not to mention that immortality would be kind of boring. I'd have to watch tons of civilizations be destroyed. And I'd never be able to reconcile myself with death because it wouldn't necessarily be inevitable.
