    Strange error?

I lost the term windows and can't get them back up, I recheck them and they appear, but they dissapear as soon as the main angband window is selected, also the main angband window is now fullscreen, how do I go about fixing this?

Are you sure that those term windows didn't just go into background behind that main window? If the main window is fullscreen that would make sense to me. For main window being fullscreen doesn't simply resize work for that? In windows 7 (at least) if you put the window in absolute top of the screen it automagically expands it to fullscreen, so you need to drop it a few pixels.

It seems likely that they go behind the main window, yeah. I'm using XP, and I can't move the window at all. Hm.

        Try double-clicking the title bar.

It won't let you grab say the bottom right corner and click/drag it down to a smaller size?

If it is maximized there should be restore icon in the top right corner next to "x" where you close the window. Also anywhere in title bar by right-clicking you should get a menu which allows you to move or resize the window (if it is maximized then it says "restore" at the top which restores the original size). Double-click was just fast way to swap between maximized and non-maximized modes.

If the title bar is not visible pressing alt and spacebar at the same time should give you the same menu. I think there are few more ways to do that same that I have forgotten, but google helps to find them out.

If all else fails you could edit the angband.ini with text editor such as notepad (when angband is not running), the main term window is the term 0, give "maximize" a value 0 (if it isn't already). You find that file in your main angband directory.

You can reset your windows positioning to default values by deleting angband.ini file in game's folder.
