Hey guys, old player returning

I run the angbot when I'm not using my computer, and I noticed that he's got amazing stats far higher than what he started with. I've found some stat up potions in the black market but the stat up comes at the cost of lowering a random attribute.

Is there a way to increase my stats without nerfing an alternate stat?

There are proper stat-gain potions starting to appear after 1500'.

Awesome thanks. I found some after diving to the recommended depth. Now I know why the angbot spent so much time farming these floors lol.

Put your character dump up on the ladder so we can help you with equipment choices. For example armour class is not useless, but not exactly amazing and much less important than resistances and speed. So unless the armour has resistances you'd be better off with some leather with resistances.

Yes I've noticed that I've been getting destroyed by elemental attacks in the lower levels. bad guys have a bad habit of burning up my spell books. How do I get my dump file on the forums?

If you have the .txt of the dump, go to the ladder and you should find a Submit character section. There you put in the name of the character, add the dump file and then put in a comment (you can also do this in the ladder entry itself, which I recommend, as you often get doubleposts when putting the comment in with the character). Later you can update the dump by submitting it again.
