please the default keys on windows i think didnt used 2 be keys 1234 above qwe etc would move u

it shouldnt be at all and caused death to me by mistype of 1 instead of `

this is not nice or user friendly

just fix the numpad without any touching the keys

if u can turn them off in keymap without effecting anything else why even hav them on by default, feels like a trap

I don't have a numpad and need use those keys to move diagonally...

Having played with the input a bit, it's honestly one of the hardest parts of the game to get working right and consistently, especially across all the different platforms. I'm not even sure it's possible in windows to separate the 1 number from the 1 keypad.

yeah i unfortunately play with the top-row number keys as my diags and these kinds of errors still kill me once in a while

To be fair, a lot of laptops don't have the Numpad, and that is the only way they can move diagonally. Something I found that helped was if you try to see this in your head when you play.

Now, if you can keep this handy in your head, or even put it out to the side in a Notepad, then it might help you with this issue. I figured it was worth a shot to suggest.

it is possible cos u can remove keymap ingame and it works still on numpad

i think thats why roglike set is still there, for those with no numpad

otherwise our numbers above letters shouldnt move u in game unless u set it 2
