Blessing silly question

Actually playing a Ranger, i have a small question about Scroll of Blessing.

Does the bonus to hit of this scroll applies to ranged combat or only in melee?

Does the bonus to hit of this scroll applies to ranged combat or only in melee?

Both. All bonuses to hit except your melee weapon apply to ranged and same to melee with exception of your bow/ammo bonuses. To_Dam -bonuses, other than bow and arrow, don't apply in ranged attacks.

Bless also stacks with heroism and berserk strength, these are all different effects.
