hmm, not sure if this should happen...

was drained on some stats, ran into a Vampire, dropped a level, quaffed restore life, and boom! all my stats were back up.

while it's nice to know I have this option (I was a looong way from the next clevel, and no vigor shrooms,) two wrongs should probably not make a right...

This has been known for a while. No one has planned to fix it for 3.4.1 and technically it falls under a gameplay change so it's unlikely to be changed for 3.4.1. Maybe for 3.5 though!
