Do regenerations stack?

In my current randart game, I have several sources of regeneration and was just wondering whether or not they stacked and made me regenerate faster or is having just one source of regen the same as having multiple sources.

Also, do regen sources work on spell points as well as health?

They don't stack.

I don't know about the spell points, guess I play warrior too much.

I do believe that bad statuses such as being poisoned is healed quicker when having regen but I'm not sure. Nutrition is consumed at a faster rate though.

Yes, it regenerates SP too.

In general, the answer to "Does X stack?" is the same as "Is there a numerical value associated with it?"

With the obvious and intuitive exception of temporary and equipment resistances stacking ;P
