    [3.3] Ego/vault ratings

Seeing how the object rating is now calculated (mainly based on object value), it seems that ego rating in ego_item.txt is now obsolete. Is ego rating still used in 3.3?

Concerning vault (or pit) rating, it seems that the value represents a drop in an ocean... monster rating is now based on monster power and could be in hundreds of millions with D/U pits and GVs on a level, and adding something like 50 is completely pointless.

Ego ratings are going for 3.4 (I've removed the X: line altogether in my affixes branch). You are right that pit/vault ratings are pretty meaningless - there was once a debate on whether the rating of a pit/vault ought to be more than simply the sum of the objects/monsters within it. I can't really see it myself.
