Does having 100% saving throw protect against, stunning? And does it have any effect on monsters that have this as a primary attack e.g. Titans and there confusion melee attacks. I'm wondering if I need stunning, confusion and blindness resistance, once I get to 100%.

No, it will not protect against stunning or any attacks that cause status effects. It will however protect against blindness, confusion and paralysis spells.Does having 100% saving throw protect against, stunning? Saving throw prevents paralyze in every situation where Free Action would prevent it. With 100% you don't need FA anymore.
KO is not paralyzation, though effect is same.Comment

This is true, but please note the qualifier "spells". If the monster does a *physical* attack that has blindness or confusion as a side effect, you do not get a saving throw against that. In particular, getting hit by a Titan will still cause confusion, even with 100% save. There are a number of monsters that hit to cause confusion. There are only a small handful of monsters that hit to cause blindness, Gabriel being the most dangerous.
You get a saving throw against *paralysis* even when it is the result of a monster physical attack (say, Carrion crawlers), so 100% save is effective there. You do not get a paralysis saving throw against traps, but they can generally be avoided.Comment
