    100% Saving throw

Does having 100% saving throw protect against, stunning? And does it have any effect on monsters that have this as a primary attack e.g. Titans and there confusion melee attacks. I'm wondering if I need stunning, confusion and blindness resistance, once I get to 100%.

No, it will not protect against stunning or any attacks that cause status effects. It will however protect against blindness, confusion and paralysis spells.

Saving throw prevents paralyze in every situation where Free Action would prevent it. With 100% you don't need FA anymore.

KO is not paralyzation, though effect is same.

This is true, but please note the qualifier "spells". If the monster does a *physical* attack that has blindness or confusion as a side effect, you do not get a saving throw against that. In particular, getting hit by a Titan will still cause confusion, even with 100% save. There are a number of monsters that hit to cause confusion. There are only a small handful of monsters that hit to cause blindness, Gabriel being the most dangerous.

You get a saving throw against *paralysis* even when it is the result of a monster physical attack (say, Carrion crawlers), so 100% save is effective there. You do not get a paralysis saving throw against traps, but they can generally be avoided.
