I assume I should use the newly found whip? And Glamdring is the worst of these 3 ?

For now. Totila is surprisingly good weapon once you get the blows up, but for now that whip beats it.

Glamdring I can just chuck?

Glamdring isn't identified yet, so it's only showing the minimum damage you can be sure of. Effectively, that is the damage for an otherwise unenchanted flame brand broadsword.

It still may wind up the worst, of course. It isn't a spectacularly powerful artifact, and that whip gets a lot of attacks in.

Glamdring I can just chuck?

IIRC Glamdring has some good features. I usually end up throwing it away, but you should ID it to see if it is good to keep.
