Ironman/destruction/Morgoth

So I got my first ironman character (Hobbit mage) to dlvl 100. Fighting Morgoth, all going well, down about 4 stars, plenty of consumables. Then I cast destruction rather than mass banishment by mistake. And he's gone!

What, if anything, can I do? I'd really like to finish this game with a win.

Last time I accidentally destructed Morgoth in an ironman game, he reappeared with the first summon monsters trap I triggered.
