Bug in nightlies with shooting

I was fighting Nar, and was shooting him. He confused me, but I hit my shoot at nearest target keymap, and there was some sort of Visual runtime error. Windows XP.

New bug, I tried to wield a longbow from slot t and the game crashed. Thank god for autosave.

Could you open tickets for these issues at http://trac.rephial.org? That way they won't get lost.

I suspect that this crash may be specific to Windows (I haven't seen it on Linux). Best would be a savefile and instructions on how to replicate the crash, although I will see if I can replicate something like this myself.

Just to check, which build were you playing, exactly? I think this bug is fixed in the Feb 12th nightly (revision 5c994a84ab). There was a bug where it was possible to target and kill yourself with a ranged attack, which can come up when you're confused.

I experienced the same bug. Bow, slot t. Couldn't reproduce.
