    Problem inscribing

Inscribing rods of illumination and recall with macros doesn't work (results in crash) although inscribing my rod of trap location was no problem.

    Edit: OSX, roguelike keyset

What version of Angband are you using, and can you give us a crash report?

I'm having trouble duplicating this problem. If you can attach a savefile and include instructions on how to reproduce the crash, that would be most helpful.

The crash report indicates that you were picking up an item when the game crashed. Which item was this? Did it have an inscription? If so, was the inscription manually added, or added via auto-inscribe? In either case, did it match an item already in your inventory?
