Ironman priest tips?

Hi,

I'm playing dwarf priest ironman now. Survived longer than any previous attempt but never played priest or ironman before.

Anyone care to give ironman/priest specific tips? I've already taken a warrior all the way past Morgoth before, so I am not looking for general knowledge.

Ironman priest isn't very different from ordinary priest, except for the need to conserve consumables. Protect PB2, PB4 at all , and carry rods of curing for incidental confusion. (And _Teleport for disaster confusion)

One thing very different from non-ironman: Suddenly scrolls of phase door become crazy valuable. Use them sparingly (for high value uniques and quick exit from vaults when portal is too dangerous. Without ethereal openings, real escapes are few and far between.
Edit: Took until dl68 for current char. Ran out of ?phase 15 levels earlier. Was last book found, after 2(!) Wrath of God. Warrior ironman would be in bad shape. Think I found total of 13 scrolls
