Bag of Holding

Would something like this be a possibility? Carrying around a bag could increase your carry capacity while giving the stuff in the bag a vulnerability. If your bag gets toasted then everything in them gets toasted leaving the fire proof stuff to suddenly overflow your inventory.

Another possibility would be to have a sidekick that follows you around, like a sherpa or even a horse that could carry stuff for you or provide other services but that you would also have to protect from the harsh dungeon environment.

And runs into a room full of orcs only to get slaughtered. Leaving with you to get your stuff back and somehow get as much as you can back to the town. As well as looking for a new mule.

I figure the idea has to have some downside or it's too powerful.
