CTRL + S is not overriden (affects r2041)

Playing with the latest release, I no longer have normal access to CTRL-S to save the game. The terminal takes over and it halts output instead. I need to CTRL-Q to restore output.

This behavior is not present in the 3.1.2v2 publicly distributed beta version. However, looking at main-gcu.c diff between both versions doesn't really seem to reveal where or what may have caused this. It must be somewhere else.

Strange. I'll take a look at this soon.

I had no problem with ctrl+s save. I usually play on a laptop without a battery so if I accidentally yank something I lose progress, so I save obscenely often.

Hmm... that's strange. Because I definitely can confirm CTRL+S is being handled by the terminal instead.

        Are you using r2041, fizzix?

The behavior seems to be in effect under several terminals (urxvt, lxterminal, xterm) and even when playing the game on a virtual console (pts).

          Build options : --disable-x11 --disable-gtk --disable-sdl --disable-sdl-mixer

I've experienced similar under ncurses as well. What I've ended up doing is just learning to do ^s (shift-6, s) as control s freezes the output of my term until I press ctrl-q
