    Glyph of warding...

I just read someone's dump and it said they stood on a glyph... Can you seriously stand on one until the monster breaks it, otherwise they can't hit you? I never tried that - I figured they were barriers to hinder their movement only...

Give it a shot and find out. You're playing a Priest, right?

(It's been ages since I played a priestly character, but yes, that's how they work. Monsters aren't allowed to move, attack, or summon into warded tiles)

Yes. Note however that they *can* breath on you, or teleport you off the glyph, or hit you in the same turn that they break the glyph. So you are by no means invulnerable. Still, it is very powerful.

I did find that out... Someone broke a glyph, then hit me in the same turn... I don't know why I never thought of standing on one before...
