I've got Atlas in front of me and I'm carrying the Mattock of Nain. It doesn't say anything in the description that it does anything extra to monsters hurt by rock remover, but it seems like it should.

AFAIK it doesn't at the moment, but I agree that +tunneling and TR2_IMPACT should both do extra damage to monsters with HURT_ROCK.
