      Shouldn't that description be:

      Code:
      D:12 inches long with legs like springs, Yngvi is a louse!
      I would support his addition.
      linux->xterm->screen->pmacs

        No, it should really read:
        F:ANIMAL | WEIRD_MIND | S_KIN | BLINK | SHRIEK | UNIQUE | S_INSECT
        F:RAND_25 | RAND_50
        D:Flea for your life! 12 inches long with legs like springs, Yngvi is a louse.
        EDIT: though why there's such a confusion between lice and fleas, I don't know.

        Fleas: Live in hair, cause bloody itches, jump like crazy, move quickly, have skinny upright bodies.
        Lice: Live in hair, cause maddening itches, move slowly, have fat horizontal abdomens.

            For the interested I used the Wizard command as suggested by D_M (thank you). The experiment is going well I'm level 24 and on DL 24 after 110k turns. And comically a cave orc dropped Sting at 1050'

            Identifying things is currently my biggest problem. But the ring gives such a big advantage the early levels were really easy.

              Yes! If he's in there, you definitely need "Flea for your life!" in his description.
              And don't take yeeks away either. I like how the game goes from vague icky things and molds and yeeks to more recognizable monsters.

                On "when in Middle Earth history does the game take place?" discussion:

                Isn't it possible that the events in Angband (the game) occurs during Dagor Dagorath, that final armageddon in which Morgoth breaks loose and resurrects his followers for one last try at taking over Middle Earth, before his plans are thwarted by... uh... a single Kobold Rogue?!
