Feature request: merge prayers dTraps & dStairs

Minor feature request:

Merge priest and paladin prayers Detect Traps & Detect Stairs like the mage spell set. For convenience more than anything else.

..I have this funny deja-vu feeling that I've made this feature request before, but I couldn't find it.. maybe I dreamed it - that'd be a pretty dull dream.

I'm not sure if Andrew wants this feature, but here's a patch that provides it:

This merges the two priest spells into one, with the same name as the mage spell.
