I've never used it... the only situation in which one would, is maybe with an early dwarf warrior (with bad stealth, so not caring about aggravate) who chanced upon a *remove curse* and didn't have FA or See Invisible... which is a very rare case. Even then you might want to save that *remove curse*. By the time you find it you've almost certainly found something better - it's a trash artifact.Bands, / Those funny little plans / That never work quite right.

I've used it a couple times as a warrior or paladin with mediocre damage but was otherwise strong. The trouble is, you usually need the helmet slot for resistances, stat bonuses, or ESP.
If there's no room in your house, throw it away.Comment
