Another 3.1.0 bug

When you die, and on the tombstone screen go to "view scores", the character who just died appears twice, once alive and once dead.

And another one: ?Teleport Level puts you on an up staircase even when you go up a level. (I don't know what happens when you go down a level.)

It shouldn't anymore -- when I fixed connected stairs, WoR was always dumping you on stairs (or more precisely, creating stairs under you); now it doesn't. However, I didn't think to check Deep Descent and Teleport Level. The type of staircase it puts you on depends on the last type of staircase you took. Essentially, when you go downstairs, a bit is set to make sure that an upstairs is created under you -- and after that, the bit should be cleared, but I think it isn't at present. I'll file the bug and fix it.
