On fresh save files, with the options auto-squelch worthless items and hide squelched items both on, every newly identified ring flavor becomes automatically squelched, regardless of whether the particular ring is cursed or the flavor's quality. I then have to go and unsquelch them through the menus. I have my ring quality squelch setting set to 'none'. I've had this happen both on winXP and Vista. Anyone else getting this?

Yah, I noticed the same thing, I couldn't even look at some of the new rings, because it was automatically squelched before I could look at it. I just turned item squelching off. -
FWIW, it doesn't destroy them, you just have to go into the ring menu and uncheck the specific rings, and they'll be there at your feet...unless you turned it off because it wasn't worth the aggravation.Bands, / Those funny little plans / That never work quite right.
