Option that would be nice to have in V

I've seen this option in a couple variants but could'nt find it in V or in the changelog for 3.1.

It would be nice if we had an option to automatically show lists for commands that need a second choice to be made. ie, eating, reading, spellcasting.

This option exists in SVN right now; it's under "Interface options" and is called "Always show lists" (OPT_show_lists). It should be available in 3.0.10.
