Confirm before leaving level?

The key seuquence "mcd" casts the Resistance spell. "mdc" is Teleport Level. Four times so far this game I've levelported out of a greater vault due to finger confusion. Is there any way to turn on a confirmation prompt for "deliberately"
leaving a level, or for casting certain spells?

The cheap solution would be to make a keymap for mcd (or better still, m3d) and use it to cast Resistance.

Start inscribing your spell books with @m1, @m2, etc., and casting by using numbers instead of inventory letters

Not only will this make it less likely you’ll avoid this particular transopsition, but you won’t get screwed up by losing one of your spellbooks.
