In Game Readable Spellbook List?

Hi, I'm super new to the game, and I've been trying out each class. It is not obvious to me which spellbooks are readable by each class. Time after time, I go to the bookstore and blow a bunch of money on a book and discover I can't read it even when it is the same color as my starting spells. This is very frustrating.

Is there any way to list in game what books I can read? I just discovered the data file in github that initializes what each class has access to, but it would be nice to have an in game reference.

I think if you press 'x' in the shop then it will tell you if you're able to read the book or not
