Scrolling windows on MacBook

I'm playing Vanilla version 4.2.2 on a MacBook (recently updated to macOS Catalina ver. 10.15.7), and I can't figure out how to to scroll down in a terminal. I just used a Potion of *Enlightenment*, and there are 230 monsters on the level, including 80 I can't see in the terminal because I can't scroll down. I tried the usual keyboard shortcut for scrolling on a MacBook (fn + down arrow), and it just switches to a different terminal display. Is there a built in command to scroll down in a terminal window in Angband, and I just never learned it because I'm clueless?

Use the '[' command ("List visible monsters") to see the monster list in your main window. There you can scroll the list.
