A new, most embarrassing death.
A recent low level character was killed by a magic mushroom patch. Not as a side effect from hallucination, but pure damage.

Did you know the "Create Darkness" spell cast by monsters does 1ß damage? I know now.
Although it doesn't show up in the monster memory, unfortunately.

The other day when I was learning how to play necromancer I died after two key presses. Literally bumped into a battle scarred veteran and he killed me on game turn three. That was a new record for me
