Alchemist question

Hey guys ,
I am playing furyband as an alchemist
I am trying to increase stats to an artifact
I need a left insoles from soft leather boots indegrient
Where can I find one? Any suggestions?

Also I will need dragon lungs and such things

.... Are those rare drops? Or there is a specific place to get them?

Those are all either items or corpses. Dragon lungs -> dragon corpse, insoles -> leather boots, etc.
