Minimum str to lift the crown?

Hi all. I'm considering going for 2 or 3 sils on a pacifist, something I'd rather not do whilst standing next to Morgoth. Does anyone know the minimum str to lift it.

It used to be 8. Unless something got patched 8 was the go-to number back when I played a lot.

Edit: Huh... I messed around some in debug mode and I can lift it with a 7, but not a 6. *shrugs*

Ah, I see. It takes into account total encumbrance. I was able to lift if with a 7 wearing basically nothing. Better count on 8.

7 might have to do. 0 base. The only way I can see that buffing to 8 on a non-smith is Gundor or a lucky +2 =str find.

I was curious so I messed around some more with this.

It looks like 137 lbs is the max amount of encumbrance you can have and still lift the crown with a '7' strength, but keep in mind you are gonna be slow. I don't know how slow you get, I never thought about just how slow you can be in Sil. Is all slow just 1/2 speed, or can it triple or quadruple down?

Pretty sure there are only 4 speeds in sil. Unless you can be double slow with the sneak command?
