Do not use h as a macro

If you macro h and die you can't actually quit sil except via manually stopping it via task manager.

This isn't specific to Sil: only use macros when Keymaps won't work. Sil needs macros to toggle abilities (e.g. flaming arrows.) But don't use them when the action consists of one or more game play commands.
