Though I definitely don't want to say anything that would go against Sil's lovely thematic coherence, I feel like a really light two-handed weapon would be an interesting mechanical option, and maybe Aglarang would fit nicely with Calris as an old-school Angband weapon. As a rough sketch, something like:
The Bastard Sword 'Aglarang' (+0, 3d4) [+2] 2.0 lb.
It grants you the abilities: Finesse, Rapid Attack. It does extra damage when wielded with both hands.
The target here is a mid-tier artefact, something that isn't necessarily the ideal weapon for any build but opens up some interesting possibilities. Evasion builds would be able to get satisfying results with Parry and Riposte; stronger characters get to play around with Rapid Attack, which normally wouldn't be on their radar. (Of course, this benefit would be mostly situational--you'd still probably want to turn off Rapid Attack whenever your enemies had any real armor.)
