clear worm bug?

I've just got the following 2 messages:
"The clear worm mass looks around"
"The clear worm mass notices you"

I've scrolled the screen in all directions, I can't see him. Currently sprinting if that makes any difference.

Edit: When he popped up he was right on the entrance to the room. I have keen senses. A weird interaction between an invisible monster outside of light radius??

This is basically a bug. I think someone has noticed it before with a Sulrauko. I think the problem is that visibility has been checked twice in one player turn and so you saw it for an instant but not long enough to draw it on the screen. This is low priority to fix, but I would like to fix it eventually.
