Help for the throne room - Sil

I have 13000 XP to spend on whatever I want. What would you recommend? Note that I actually will have 14000 or more because I haven't gone to the throne room yet.
    Character dump here.
My plan is to go into the hall with Delmereth in the off-hand, buff up, sing song of sharpness with slaying woven in and flank-controlled retreat-whirlwind everyone to death.
My main options appear to be to put 4 points in Stealth and take DEX(cost in total-6300 XP), take Rapid attack(cost-3000), or just to pump my abilities as far as I can. If you know of any song or ability that would help, please tell me. My current plan is to take Rapid attack, DEX and pump evasion.

I'm not sure that point of Dex is worth it... I might just boost evasion and melee by a couple points each. 21 is OK for a melee score, but if you stack rapid attack on top of two-weapon fighting, that means every one of your attacks is going to be penalized. (Although I guess all the "extra" attacks you'll be getting will be at their normal values.)

Stealth and Archery are clearly not going to help you that much in the throne room with this character, so why not boost melee and evasion directly?

I would take Rapid Attack, but the point of Dex looks pretty expensive for the boost it gives to Melee and Evasion, particularly as those skills are still pretty cheap to improve (I'm impressed that you have no skill over 13 natively). If you want the stealth you get on the way it could be worth it.

You might find you're better with Slaying as the major theme -- Sharpness has more diminishing returns with high Song.

Good luck (though I suspect you will be fine -- it looks like a very powerful character). And have fun!

And Morgoth is down, while what's left of his friends calls dibs on the crown. In retrospect I should have gone for the third Sil, but I didn't want to push my luck. I had enough revelations for the whole trip.

Morgoth was a little easy, though. I forgot to use quickness, but killed him anyway. I also shoulda killed gorthaur, to prevent him from establishing Mordor, but I never saw him. Charcharoth lasted three rounds against me.

Thanks to everyone for advice and also for dumps I could learn from. Thanks to half and Scatha for a wonderful game, thanks to debo for the videos, thanks to Scatha and debo for advice on the character, thanks to Psi for posting dumps and making notes I could learn from. If there's anyone I forgot I can edit you in.

About what felt over/underpowered, cruel blow may be too powerful. I was playing based on quantity, rather than quality of hits, yet many endgame uniques wouldn't have died if they weren't confused. Otherwise song of sharpness was incredibly useful for this character, but when my build is to have lots of hits it is more useful than with only one hit. Otherwise I got good use of everything else.
