This is my best run so far. Being keen to win for the first time after losing too many, I am a bit afraid of losing this one too and thus would like to gather some suggestions. What are some other skills and abilities for her to obtain before going to 1000 ft? Many thanks.

The biggest missing piece I see here is free action. Throwing axes won't cut it and getting entranced by something in the throne room could bring the run to a screeching halt. -
Thanks. I updated her gears such that she got free action.
But unfortunately, she was forced to 1000 ft while trying an up staircase on 900 ft. God, why this is happening... I only tested in wizard mode previously and knew there was a confirmation before attempting the down staircase on 950 ft. This time there wasn't even a confirmation! The game thought that I was ready, but I'm not sure. Sigh.
I'll suspend the run for today. Hope I can make it later.

You are a bit light on consumables with one Con potion and no Dex. Revelations also looks in short supply for the exit.
Plenty of Rage though, so I guess the classic Sil Song of Slaying gambit should be somewhat viable (more Song would be better I think but you don't have much spare XP). Would probably not get too ambitious around getting multiple Sils given the limited Con and Dex and only three potions of Quickness, but one should be doable I would hope.
