Memory of graphics and window visibility settings

I've noticed when copying the User and Save files over to new nightly builds, that the subwindow setup is remembered correctly, but the graphics and window visibility settings are not. I vaguely remember that they used to be. It's not a change that is made regularly, but thought I'd mention it if it was an oversight.

Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see.”

The subwindow flags (what is actually in each window) are persisted in the savefile. Things like window position and graphics mode are saved in a port-dependent way.
