Looks like not only @f9 causes a crash, but any non-sequential inscription in the quiver (e.g., @f7 when only two slots in the quiver are filled) causes an immediate crash. I tend to use "7" for frost/cold effects in wands, staves, rods, spells, and just tried it for arrows, but caught the crash.
