Minor typo with RST files

Since '|' characters are now ignored by the help file parser, looking at dungeon.txt via '?' now produces:

Maybe the parser should be adapted to *not* skip pipes when they appear like ``|``.

Another minor typo: playing.txt displays |`| as ` for the "special -escape" command, when it should be `````. If it should really be ', then two spaces are missing on the line.

Thanks for the report, I'll take a look. I am afraid I am the responsible for the kludge that is RST "parsing" in the online help...
